I need an alternative to lying tricep extensions.. an exercise that I could get the same (or better) results from.
I use a Crossbow (by Weider) which can handle many exercises, but I have no "free" weights.

i agree with squats for the close-grip. that'd prob be best
other than that try to get in a gym or for the time being muster up a bunch of diamond push-ups : /Now I'm watching my life flowing in the dark
