    As my High School football season comes to a close...

    Ive posted before about wanting to lose body fat etc...I did alot of posting in the summer but I decided to stay at the same weight throughout Football season, but now as the season comes to a close with 3 games left and currently 6-2 id like to begin planning a diet, mainly for cutting body fat alot of people will say to bulk as I posted my pics about a week ago, but now on the agenda is getting in shape for Marine basic training. I need help with planning, one question is can anyone give me a link to the page with the calorie calc or w/e, and ive read alot of posts but some of the things I don't understand is how exactly I should lay out meals like what to eat with what if I could get an example or two id be greatly appreciative. I hope you all can make heads or tails with this post. Thank you all for the input.
