Light leg extensions to get the blood flowing
Squats 6 sets
Leg press 6 sets
leg extensions, 4 sets (sometimes ill do straight leg deadlifts instead)
hamstring curls 4 sets
Calve raises, 5 setsNever Big Enough
6'4
280lbs off season
235lbs on stage
19' arms
27' legs

Big Day
Wide-Medium-Close Footing Leg Extensions (Light) 3 x 15-20
Narrow Stance ATG BB Squats 4 x 8-12
Narrow Stance ATG Barbell Squats w/ plates under heels (Light) 2 x 12-15
Narrow Stance Leg Presses 3 x 20 (w/ 5 seconds rest until I get 20)
Narrow Stance Machine Hack Squats 4 x 10-15
Narrow Stance Smith Machine ATG Front Squats 3 x 12-15
Wide-Medium-Close Footing Leg Extensions (Heavy) 3 x Failure
Walking DB Lunges 2 x Failure
Light Day
Wide-Medium-Close Footing Leg Extensions (Light) 3 x 15-20
Narrow Stance Smith Machine ATG Front Squats 2 x 30 (w/ 5 seconds rest until I get 30)
Narrow Stance Machine Hack Squats 4 x 10-15Bachelor and Master of Exercise Science at Miami University

2 warm up sets of leg extensions before I start leg workout
4 sets of Squats
3 sets of machine Hack squats (just added these because they beat the hell out of me yesterday).
3 sets of barbell lunges
I don't do leg presses because I don't like taking a crap load of plates off the sled when im done doing heavy leg presses.
