How long do you suppose it will take to lose an inch off my waist if I do 20 situps, 20 leg raises, and 25 pushps every day, and I also do 15 minutes of jogging and 15 squat thrusts every other day?

You dont 'have' to have cardio to lose your gut etc.. you can do it via a proper diet and weights alone.. infact you can do it on a diet alone. The difference is the time frame. I have went from a 44 waist to a 40 by just doing a bb'ing diet and lifting weights. No cardio at all and this is in about a months time. Diet is the key.

Yeah Gstam - load up on some clean food and eat more frequently and THEN you'll watch the inches shed. Stomach vacuums will help a protruding gut a bit but other than that you can do a million crunches a day and still not get anywhere if that diet isn't in order.

Diet mainly but try working Transverse Abdominus
There is no doubt that you cannot spot train to lose weight in specific areas. Losing bodyfat by restricting your total caloric intake is the main way to shed those inches.
However, There is your transverse abdominus, a core muscle ignored by many lifters who just don't realize what it is or how to train it.
The transverse abdominus is a core muscle located underneathed your rectus abdominus (ice cube six pack sheet of muscle). It looks like a weightlifting belt and it's purpose is to mainly hold your organs in tack, like your diaphragm.
When this muscle is trained and developed, it tightens, in other words, it can shrink your waistline to a certain extent the more you train it. Most people just train their rectus and then wonder why their stomachs stick out so much, it's because their transverse is weak in comparison to the rectus.
How do you train it?? As with every exercise you perform in the gym your core muscles should all be tightened throughout the entire motion of any exercise and this includes your transverse.
To find it, use about a thumb's length measure below your navel. Now focus on that spot and keep your transverse held in, kind of like sucking in and holding that waistline muscle as tight as possible. Now do that before any movement in the gym, expecially during core specific resistance training.
But do remember, for optimal results, you gotta diet right and lose that bodyfat!

The less ingredients the better. 99% of condoments are garbage and unfit for human consumption.
Keep it natural.
