what do you guys eat on the keto.. I have been eating pepproni, lots of cheese, grilled chicken, etc. etc. but I cant find a way to get 206g of fat with less than 30 carbs and keep my protein at 180... its like i Need way more carbs to get all the fats, any high fat foods you guys can think of... reps for help

Take a shot of oil:
Veggie oil
Coconut oil
Flax seed oil
etc
The list goes one but i am pretty much in the same boat as you but i am staying lower than i wantto say 20g of carbs. My diet is posted up asking for help. I started Yesterday

I get mine from these sources:
Fish
Fish oil tabs (for days when I don't eat much fish)
Ground Flax seed (add it to everything, & also makes you feel full)
Butter (add it to everything, veggies, eggs, steak etc)
Raw Nuts - Almonds, Cashews, Brazil, Walnut and Pecan (avoid roasted to get the Omega6 benefits)
Salad Dressings like Blue Cheese and Caesar are my favorite.
Cheese
