I picked this up at walmart, about 2 weeks ago, since I've used it five times and I figured I'd review considering it was a cheap and good tasting protein shake.
Price: 11.97 @ Wal-Mart
Servings: 30
Nutritional Facts:
110 Calories 25 from fat
2.5g of Fat
1 g of saturated fat
65mg of Cholesterol
150mg of sodium
250mg of Potassium
5g carbs
<1g of dietary fiber
1 g of sugars
20g of Protein
15% DV of Calcium
Using a shaker bottle:
It had very few clumps(considering the condition of my shakers, that's a miracle). I got chocolate, and I've got to say it was pretty good. It tasted quite a bit like Designer Whey Choc. but IMO just a little better.
I haven't mixed it with a spoon or a blender, yet but I'll update it eventually with those.
Overall this was a pretty good product, and if Wal-Mart were closer I'd be getting it on a monthly basis rather than Value Whey but Vitamin World is closer.
I'd give it 8/10 overall.

I got it at my local genuardi's. A 2lbs tub for $7.27. It tastes ok, and the profile is solid. Granted its no ON Whey, but its much cheaper too.
Bench stats are incline. Overhead press max is seated press.

In my opinion it's well worth the money. I'm on a budget and for the amount I use it suits my needs. People give it a bad rap beause its cheap and its sold at walmart but remember, people have built amazing bodies on a lot worse versions. Just because there is a "new and better" brand of whey out there doesn't mean its better for the money. Just remember diet is still more important and whey is only a supplement not a substitute for good wholesome foods. I would rate it 7/10 (because I still prefer ON) but hey I love the price.

Body Fortress
Wal-Mart sells a really cool little mixer for right at 10 bucks. Its one of those little wand type. You poor in the liquid, dump in the powder, and stick the little mixer wand down in your glass and push the button. My protien has never been so smooth. I hate that clumpy stuff. I was using Muscletech Nitro-Hardcore and I couldn't shake it hard enough not to clump. But that little 10 dollar wand mixer is the stuff!!

Yeah I've been on it too. I'm almost done with my tub of it, and I think it's "OK", but you get what you pay for. When I had the money for higher priced proteins like Nitro Tech, I was seeing gains quicker.

I was shocked to see the add for this product in the November issue of Men's health. Due to the affordability of one tub (around $13.50) I ended up buying two, chocolate and vanilla. I worked out for about 25 minutes, total body and made a shake mixing the two together. I used milk so the taste was better than I thought it would be. Now I have an athletic build so addding a wee bit of muscle is the goal. Over time has anyone seen or felt quality results from using this product?

i have used 2 tubs already and the gains are there. Im 2 months in to my body transformation out of 6 months and i know supplements arent all, but im stacking this with sp250 + sizeon and im seeing great gains. After this next tub i have to use ON because like sizeon i've almost never seen a bad review [besides the fact that its $$]
