I need more ways I can change up my Interval Runs. I`ve being doing my intervals the same way with about a year now. 5 minutes warm up, then 1 minute on and 1 minute off. (Off is jogging + the warm up and cool down, not walking) I do that until 30 minutes is reached. Then I would do a 5 minute cool down bringing me to 35 minutes total.
Regardless of having it done many-many times. It still worries me every time, "am I going to make it through?"
But the same thing can`t be good all the time. So if you could share how long you does it for and what are your splits?
My Cardio routine is the interval 3 times a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. With a 25 minute steady-state jog twice a week. Tuesday and Thursday. And a Zumba DVD for Saturday.

Interval Running: What are your splits and total length times?
It`s all about doing what you`re suppose to be doing. Even if you don`t necessarily want to. That`s discipline. And discipline creates consistency. And consistency breeds success.
