Need a new routine for last 8 weeks.

Hi guys. Need to switch routines. 8 months lifting experience 5 of which was more of a recomp and the last 2-3 bulking.

Rep weights for major lifts in my sigs. But are more like 3x10 now as my strength has gone up since i last edited.

    Current routine

    shoulders and tri
    abs and bi
    legs
    chest tri
    back and traps

    calorie intake around 3.3k-3.5k
200g protein 70g-100g fats rest carbs

no particularly days i just hit these with one or two days of rest in between.

Need to put on some more general mass for the next 8 weeks before a 6-8 week cut for summer. Hopefully 5-7lbs would be ideal.

    Any recommendations on a routine?

    cheers
