Let's do this by every 20 lbs. So it would go like this
(Say you are 5'8''.)
120 lbs - 11.5 inches
140 lbs - 12.5 inches
160 lbs - 14.5 inches
180 lbs - 16 inches
200 lbs - 17 inches
Would this be about right? I'm thinking of averages not genetic freaks.
Post your weight, height, and arm size so I can see an average.

I'm 5'10, 174lbs, with 16.25" arms.
There are so many variables in this that it's impossible to make a scale... simply having decent legs changes your weight a LOT. If I had no mass on my legs, that weight could be held in my upper body and I'd have a low weight with huge arms, but it would only paint a portion of the entire picture.Memento Mori
Only at bodybuilding.com would there be thousands of fans of bodybuilding who refuse to admit that bodybuilders use steroids. If you think steroids are cheating, follow a sport that is regulated by the WDA.

Yes, whites did bring some blacks from the Caribbean to be slaves, but from my unscientific research, the ones who are more prone to be strong are African.
No, I don't have one bit of scientific evidence to back it up - it's just a thought I came up with one day at the gym.Memento Mori
