your telling me the kid can have 16inch arms if he weighs 155? i highly doubt that unless if thats all he has...he must have no lower body or nething else but arms, tobeornottobe maybe u should stfu b/c all i was posting was a response to what really looks like exageration and false measurements

id say its dead on at least for me cause right now im 190 with 16.5 and when i was around 210 i had 17.5

170 5'9" 13 flexed cold.. I have pencil arms
I think most my body weight is in my legs because i don't have much for upper body.

He can perfectly have 16 inch arms and weight 155 pounds. My training partner is 5'5'', he weighs 66 kg (146 pounds) and he has 15,5 inch arms. And he has a complete muscular body, which includes well developed legs. And a very low bodyfat (I'm around 7,2% bf, which is very low already, but his bodyfat is even a little bit lower than mine... so, as you can imagine, he's all muscle).Originally Posted by MAK69

wow, where do all you people live? man, we got lots of huge people in here. seriously, lots of 155 lber 5'7 guys with 15-16 inch pipes. seriously. maybe if you have 8% fat then that's believable. but seeing that most of the people that post in here are probably 18 and still in hs. i think it's a bunch of horses***. but whatever. im gonna be real and say i got 13.25 inch arms and i'm 165 and 5'8 without shoes. and i have less than 10% fat. so, maybe the people that have all these huge arms need to start working out their legs, chest, back, and everything else, cuz you all should not weigh that little if you have 15 inch arms at 155! and wait, do people actually measure their arms flexed? cuz in that case, lee priest do not have 22 inch arms, he's got 25 inch arms.
