I went to the gym tonight and lifted like there was no tomorrow then went to the steak house and had the Prime rib, RARE, take off the snout and the tail and leave me the rest i think it was still moowing couldnt hear over my chewing, Hehehehehe...
Broke 40 pretty scary, i certainly dont feel it must be the lost years, maybe thats a good thing?
