    Interesting, I would need to see how much is protein/carb/fat calories to be sure if its worth it or not.

    There is a new women's book coming out at the beginning of 2010 called the 400 cal diet. It involves people eating 4 meals at 400 cal a piece. I fill this is just KFC trying to get in on the plan...
