    couple of questions...please help.

-Do you guys ever feel that your chest is pumped or sore after your workout? Ive never felt any feeling in my chest, would that mean Im doing my workouts incorrectly?

-My bicep pump never lasts really short...usually right after I get changed (I do my bicep until failure)

-I cannot do splits. Such as after I do my chest, I cannot do tricep.

Ive been working out for 2 months now. But I do have past experience. I also read a lot about the excercise, so I think I know what Im doing. I have a pretty reasonable diet. Go to the gym 4-6 times a week.

i can definitely help with the chest problem.

a lot of people get no pump in their chest because of POSITIONING

when doing any chest movements, you must be sure that your chest is higher than your shoulders.

for example, you are benching, if you were to look from the side, your chest should be higher than your shoulders, and it should stay that way throughout the lift.

that will keep the stress on the chest through the whole lift.

    hope that helped

also try db bench. it takes a lot of your shoulders. and the pump usually doesn't last long so don't worry about it.

yea you should definitely try to do different pressing movements.

    flat bench/ incline/ and decline

also be sure to change between dumbbell and barbell on all of them as well as changing rep/set schemes regularly

hmm, if your goal is to get bigger, try out 3-4 set 4-6 reps on big muscle parts, and bicep don't do till u fail, it be better if you hit 8-12 reps on bicep, or that what my BGF told me
