Went from 154lbs to 120lb in a week when I was 17 by taking a perscribed anti-inflamatory drug which caused me to loose about 3-4 pints of blood from internal bleeding and spend a week on a drip and nil by mouth then undergo surgery on my stomach. Now theres a diet you don't see in Heat magazine
I looked like something out of Dawn of the Dead"Yeah, and I'm a Dutchman"

I've lost 38lbs in about 40 days. It's the fastest I have ever lost and all I am doing is eating right and hitting the Cardio hard.

i went from 284 to 260 in three weeks. i did it to join the army. it was the most unhealthist diet i ever done. all i would eat was sugar free jello, and did one hour suna with the the plastic suit then tryed to run for 5 miles but normally lasted for about 2.5, 3 before i started geting dizzy, then a got back in the suna for another hour. after i was done i was like the walking dead i wouldent do it again but it worked. also takeing off that plastic suit after every work out was just nasty i never knew a body could sweat so much..hahaha

25 lbs in a month, muscle loss mostly. I ate 1200 calories of carbs and fats, I was under the notion that too much protein would make me keel over and blow up my kidneys.
Now that I'm not a nutritional retard, I'm doing a PSMF and so far its been 16 lbs in 2 weeks (I consider the first 10 lbs of every cut as water, unless the cut includes carbs)

26 lbs. lost in the month of February, to date 32 lbs. and still losing. Went from size 40-42 jeans back now down to my 34's. Best of all, I increase my strength, kept most of my muscle mass and size. I lift heavy and do HIIT cardio.
Sticking to my diet is key.CONQUERING BARBELL

When I first started cutting, from 260 at about 35% (I'm not around 190 @ around 20-22%), I lost 30 lbs in my first 30 days. 15 lbs of water or so in the first week, then about 4-6 lbs a week after that. I was only eating between 800-1200 calories a day, basically a PSMF.
Felt good after a month though. Since then I've lost another 40 lbs or so, over the past 4 months or so.I rep back
"I'm getting drunk on the reg, f**king good times on the reg, yachts on the reg, sex on the reg, basically all the good sh*t that men fantasize about."

fcuk me sideways!!! @#$% this is the 1st time i've done all the math. here:
january 2007: 325'ish (originally had thought it was 300'ish. but in some of my pics - not posted on here 'cause they're back @ my mom's house; will find/scan/put up on here whenever i go to visit again - i look too big to be just 300. :S) --> halloween 2007: probably 165'ish. by late november 2007/early december 2007, i was probably down to 160'ish.
so, in 11 months/44 weeks, i lost 165 lbs; an avg of 3.75 lbs/week.
it was consistent, too.
along the way, i even had a few relapses, too; some mini & some terrifying.
but i always got back to it as soon as i stopped being a ****g0t.
--> healthy/sensible/balanced eating + puke-worthy wanna-kill-myself don't-even-know-my-own-name cardio & some weights. but more heart rate elevation & less strength/hypertrophy training.
the only time i've run into trouble is when i've done something i didn't wanna do (aerobics...even though i teach it now. LOL. but it's different now. 'cause i teach wat i wan'. whatevaaaa. i'm in complete control; 100%. feels good man. etc.) or eating healthy stuff that i don't even like (but i still like 90% of healthy stuff) or trying out the fad diet known as keto. i swear, i gained about 20 lbs in 2 months in late '08 when i joined here & read about it. it works for a lot of pple. but not for me, as i like to eat a LOT/high volume. (4 cals/gram for carbs & NINE cals/gram for fats.) i've also run into trouble w/ comparing myself to pr0n stars...bikini models...lingerie models/misunderstanding what guys really want. & to this day, i still struggle w/ emotional eating; very much so (not as bad/frequently as before, obviously.) but it gets slightly better as time goes by. =)Last edited by trance__dreamer; 03-14-2010 at 02:55 PM.
