    I nearly dropped out of my seat, seeing this on bb.com.
    Great interview with a great lifter.
    Brooks already sent this out in his Dinosaur Letter, I doubt though that many people here have subscribed to it.
    It's not as hard as you think it is.
    Educate yourself, but stop thinking too much...
