White on White discrimination

So, every time we hear about discrimination with whites it has to do with whites and other races. However, what about white on white discrimination? For example:

- South Park's "Ginger Kids"
- brown eyed white people
- whites with Irish backgrounds
- poor whites
- "wiggers"

Are these or other groups discriminated against? In white homogeneous circles, what is the prejudice?
