I was going to buy a weight gainer, but I think id rather have natural one. Any ideas of what to put in a blender?

Protein powder is a good flavor base.
Personal favorites include:
?Berries
?Bananas
?Oats
?Spinach or some leafy green that isn't lettuce (but in small quantities, or it makes the drink quite bitter).
?Milk with fat, or alternatively, skim milk with a tasteless fat (canola oil, maybe olive oil).
?Yogurt

My own "gainer":
If I were to create one:
1 cup of oats (or 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup plain yogurt)
2 TB peanut butter (or one serving pistacios or almonds, because they are so good!)
30g whey protein (ON or Elite, probably)
2 cups milk
Something yummy like fruit or pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla jell-o pudding or ovaltine (instant, dry)
...yep, a lot of calories there!KARMA; reps for life:

Not on the list? Don't worry! There's still plenty of chances to achieve good karma.

There's a hundred zillion threads about home-made weight gainers, and most of them are nearly identical.
There's no secret to a weight gainer. Basically you mix protein/carbs/fat and drink it. Pretty simple.
Usually it's like this:
Protein = Whey powder/Milk
Carbs = Oatmeal/Fruit
Fat = Peanut butter/Flax
