    big traps

Traps are a muscle that must be worked hard. HEAVY dead lifts using correct form, dumbbell shrugs (done properly), reverse cable fly's and ramboid press ups are all good trap builders. Some people are lucky and their traps blow up just from bench pressing. But heavy compound movements will produce results. And most importantly. Get that nutrition in.

I'd like to think that OP found the answer to his question in the 12 years since he posted it.

I used to think threads over a certain age shouldn't be able to be necrobumped. I have now begun to enjoy reading old ass threads. It is interesting to me to see how dumb someone's comment is to an archaic thread, who's OP might have died of old age years ago.

Wide grip shrugs to really target the traps by your neck. Goodluck!

Also interesting to see how many previous posters in these old-ass threads have been permabanned.

Hopefully due to the numbskullery of their replies.

I somewhat do want to see OP's traps after all these years, to see whether he managed to grow them or not.

OP returns triumphant, over a decade of extremely forceful and focused crushingly heavy weighted work on his Trap's and Abdominal's alone.... with the exception of the occasional‎ chest day..... So entirely consuming was his compulsion, he had not even a moment to return any response. Until today!

We see him now, after all this time...

When he flexes, Hard, everything vertically from his waist to his neck, straight up the center of his body, resembles a lady's naughty place.
