I always have to get oats,natural PB,whey protein,tuna,salmon,lots of veggies,salad stuff,flax seed,chicken,eggs,crystal light packets to put in my water.thats all i can think of at the moment..

frozen and canned tuna
smoked salmon and trout
oats
oatmeal
rye bread
low-fat dairy and cottage cheese
beans and lentils
potatoes and whole-grain rice
flaxmeal
almonds
veggies: tomatoes/salads/string beans/broccoli/zucchini etc
bananas and strawberries
flax and olive oil
garlic and herbs

cat litter and cat food ; )
on occasion (when I run out or want the following): almonds, wheat bread, cereal, salad dressing, ground turkey, Boca products, ff shredded cheese, PB or soy nut butter, "healthy candy bars" (Balance, EAS, etc.)
Whey and supplements I buy elsewhere.

Lean Meat - fillet steak, ground lean beef & turkey, chicken breasts, turkey breasts, salmon, lean lamb steak, canned salmon & tuna.
Veggies - mushrooms, spinach, onion, garlic, ginger, lettuce, tomatoes, pepper, cucumber, celery, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts, carrots, sweet potato, pumpkin.
