I just started supersetting my workout this week, and let me just say that the pump I'm getting is AMAZING. On my chest/back day, for example, I do three exercises for chest and three for back. So all I did was superset a chest exercise with a back exercise. Doing those 6 exercises seperately normally took about 45 minutes. But with supersetting this workout, it's only taking me about 30 minutes. Is this safe for my body, to be squeezing a 45 minute workout into 30 minutes?

It's fine. It's a good way to push through some plateu's. It's great when you're strapped for time but are dedicated to lifting.
I usually do it with arms, Bi's and Tri's. You feel great leaving the gym with your arms swollen up."I have killed two people since midnight. I haven't slept in over 24 hours. So maybe you should be a little more afraid of me than you are now".
