    Post results from L-Arginine or DHEA

    If you have ever supplemented DHEA or L-Arginine please post your results with them. Bad or good please post...I will rep in return. Here is my supp stack...the two supps I got from ordered from an institute so they are pure forms of the supps.

    400mg DHEA daily
    5000mg L-Arginine (twice daily)

    I have noticed I am angered a little easier and have great erections, but I am looking to gain mass on this. Can anyone post their results for the supps?

    you need a bonded arginine supplement... unless you take the l-arginine with carbohydrate drink... otherwise it does a poor job absorbing in your system... thats why most NO supps use akg

    what is your age? i think you'll be disappointed with it as far as gaining any muscle from it as a cutter dhea + an anti e shows promise. your aggression may be do to estrogenic mood swings. dunno?

    I don't believe you will see any muscle gains on DHEA. DHEA has it's place and is good for several things, but building mass is not one of them. Although, high doses can cause hair loss and in some cases, gyno.

    Men who are much older than it sounds like you are. I'm not an expert by any means, mostly because DHEA looks like pure crap for building muscle from everything I've read and heard, but I'm talking 35-40yrs old+.

    Really, you picked two worthless supplements for strength/lean mass gains. Arginine might give you a temporary pump in the gym, but that is about all. I'd do some reading around the boards and pick up some different things. A good place to start is creatine monohydrate. Probably cheaper than the two you listed, and proven effective over time.

    l-arginine-big viens, good pump feeling......thats it really.

    DHEA-doesnt do much. it can actually convert into estrogen and that is not what u want. i have seen older people like it. they say they get a good pump out of it. they also stack it w/ an AI.

    well I am passed the "start out with some creatione monohydrate" stage like someone suggested above. i went to a known doctor for the supplements and got them shipped in. They are supposed to be an excellent form. I have noticed great vascularity with 5000mg of L-Arginine twice daily. 200mg of Dhea has provided 3 lbs in about 2 and a half weeks. I actually had my conversion rate tested and it was very, very high. 95% of my DHEA goes into testosterone.

    i used arginine for the "sexual" benefits ,it help make sperm ,resulting in more intense,longer orgasms,as well as firmer erections as your experiencing

    i started using dhea for the hell of it awhile ago,and for like 3 weeks had results like this:better mood(happier,more focused)...kind of aggresive a bit,i noticed i recoverd more quicker

    Most studies show that DHEA is most effective after the age of 50 since natural DHEA declines with age.

    Its not really recommended for younger individuals.

    It's teh good formz n ****, bro. LOL. I'm actually thinking about supplementing with dog poop. It will taste like crap (ha!) and no literature suggests it will do anything for building muscle/strength, but I have a very healthy dog who eats nothing but the best so I know I'll be getting an excellent form of it. Should be good.
