I've saw plenty of threads that ask why their joints hurt/crack and other asking what supps to take to keep their joints healthy so here is my contribution to them....
-Essentail Supps-(needed the most)
1. Water-it is the most important. water makes up 75% of your cartillage which helps absorb the shock that your joints take
2. Vitamin C-it acts as an antioxident to help keep the your joints from deteriorating.also it helps form collogen
-Extra Supps-(these help your body make fluid to support your supps and prevent arthiritis)
1.glucosamine\
2.chondroiton >If you can get a supp that has all 3 of these then that's best
3.msm /
-Help with sourness-
1.ice it for 15 mins, take 30 mins off,use heat for 15 mins......on and on
2.time off
-help with inflamation-
1.advil,tylenol, ect
2.ice
3.time off
