Hey,
Anyone else ever get the ****s and bad gas when they up thieir protein intake via shakes????
I find that when I have a shake or two a day - I'm fine but if I have 3 or 4 - I'm on the can every 20 minutes!
Let me know!!!!

havn't had the runs, but the bad gas, that's a problem. especially at work.

Runs no...but terrible gas and farts...esp. if using milk! I've switched to water and it's much better. Also, it gets better after a while.

I find that's a problem more if you take the shakes by themselves a lot, as opposed to having them with a solid meal.
I used to be way fatter

try a protein isolate drink that may help with digestion easier and may not result in gas
