You know a cheat does not have to be crap food. You can 'cheat' with something good.
For something reasonably inexpensive I'd go to chili's (not the best, but I like their fajitas) or Cheesecake factory and have one of their deserts on to of the meal. 1500-2000kcal easy!

after a 3 month break from mcdonald's i had 2 doublecheeseburgers plain and it turned my poop a greenish hue
