Question Recomend any Good books on nutrition and building mass?

Im looking for a good book on all aspects of nutrition to help me create a diet thats suited to me. I dont really know much on nutrition, almost a blank slate...ive been working out for around 1 year and have made considerable gains without any form of diet but now i think i need to sort that out. So far these look promising...
    - Ironmans Ultimate Guide to Nutrition - Peter Sisco
    - Beyond Brawn - Stuart Mcrobert

    Any input would be great

I haven't read it, but Will Brinks Muscle Building Nutrition is supposed to be good ..

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto is a pretty good all around book for beginners, but you said you've been lifting for a year, so I don't know if that's something you're interested in or not. There's a couple things I don't agree with in there, but it's a nice general ebook.

The Ketogenic Diet by Lyle McDonald goes into depth about human metabolism.

I bought "muscle building nutrition", its a good book, but nothing new...

It basically outlines a healthy diet, and recommends a 50c/30f/20p approach to bulking, i prefer 50c/30p/20f
