i bench 200 at 150, I dont know why but im much stronger than i look/...I look quite weak why is that?

use much ligther weights and do ALOT of reps
like i use 15 lbs for chest flys but i do around 80-90 reps, so ur muscles get rock hard its a lil harder to gain weight tho but its possible ive gained 20 punds since june1 so its about how determined u are. try it out tho ull see ur muscles will get way harder too ull be surprised.
