    i bench 200 at 150, I dont know why but im much stronger than i look/...I look quite weak why is that?

    Just because u have a lot of muscle mass doesn't exactly mean you are strong as hell. A lot of guys are strong as anything but look like they bench 135. There's a difference between training for strength and training for muscle mass.

    so how do you train for muscle mass? Wat kind of stuff causes muscle mass? Ive only been training for like 8 months

    use much ligther weights and do ALOT of reps
    like i use 15 lbs for chest flys but i do around 80-90 reps, so ur muscles get rock hard its a lil harder to gain weight tho but its possible ive gained 20 punds since june1 so its about how determined u are. try it out tho ull see ur muscles will get way harder too ull be surprised.

    No not that many reps. Do 6-12 reps for size. Anything under 6 will just give you strength. Anything above 12 just gives you endurance. If you are training in the proper range and aren't eating enough you wont gain anything. EAT EAT EAT this is the most important thing. You'll gain muscle mass at any rep range if you EAT.
