Somethings that motivate me are:
1. Say to myself "There is someone out there right now training harder than me, longer than me, better than me". This really makes me push myself.
2. I have a mantra (a self motivation saying) i repeat in my head as i work out. This is taken from Arnold Swartzenager to which i have borrowed.
"I am Bigger, Stronger, Better."
3. I just wanna empress females
4. I know my build gives me confidence

motivation... hmmm, thats a good question. i dont really have a motivation, but i guess the only reason i workout is to be a little bigger and stronger then other guys. i dont workout to own my friends at arm wrestling or go in a gym with my buds and show off by bench pressing. if thats your motivation, your not gonna get far.

To be satisfied with who I am, and content in knowing that I am phsyially conditioned to a point where there is no embaressment over being whom I am, and what I was, and might have become.
To not be the biggest guy in the gym, perfection is an unattainable vain goal that will only leave me searching, but to be confident in my actions where I know I can hold my own, and do it well.

knowing that in time i will be stronger than most people twice my bodyweight, and once i reach a bodyweight close to them, ill have the looks- and more importantly- the strength to go with it.
knowing that every workout i am getting stronger, and that progress, no matter how small or slow, adds up to big changes at the end of the year.
knowing that the more sacrifices i make now, the better the reward will be in the end.
knowing that one day i will be better-physically, mentally, and aesthetically, than 99% of people around me.
got motivation?got ____?

My motivation is knowing that while I'm hitting the weights or training, that I'm getting stronger and tougher and my opponent is getting weaker and easier to beat.
"Either Stand Behind Our Troops or Be Prepared to Stand Infront of Them!!!"
"It is better to judged by 12, Than to be carried by 6"
"You ask me why I carry so much gear??? I ask you why you are not prepared?"

I just love the feeling I get when I get nothing but heads turned when I walk down a hallway because of my wide shoulder base and large chest. I guess you could call that attention. It also ensures me that I can avoid trouble and/or deal with it a lot more easily with strength than I could if I was weak. So confidence as well.
