    changing nutrition plan will i make gains take a look

    ok rite now ive been SEMI bulking since about begining of june. the reason i call it semi is because all the foods i eat are great for clean bulking, its just i didnt want to make my nutrition my whole life this summer so i dont get up very early in order to eat meals. to be honest i sleep till at least 12 every day so i get about 4-5 meals if im lucky in every 3 hrs for the day. i have made some gains, not a huge mayb 10 pounds of lean mass but thats coming from no mass. whel basically when i started bulking i cut out my cardio intirely. one school starts im going to have a good bulk since my first meal will be at about 630 every day. but the thing is i dont like not doing any cardio because of the fear of putting on fat. i haevnt yet but when school starts i will be eating more. can anyone help me. i would like to know if i put 15-30 minuts of low intesity cardio in about twice a week with a beter bulk nutrition will i make gains? or will this hinder my gains?

    15-20 minutes of cardio twice a week is fine. Go for it.
