CELEDRIN vs. MSM, CHRON,GLUCOSAMINE

Which is better.
Im hearing good reviews about Omega Sports joint support. It contains CCeledrin. The ingredients say nothing about containing chrondroitin, glucosamine, and msm. But the 3 have been known to be beneficial. I also hear about HA being good.

Any favorites?

There is a villiage of 80 year old and senior in some asian villiage and they have smooth skin and no joint problems. The video shows these old farts picking potattoes in the fields. They say potatoes have a high percentage of HA.

you can be straight Biocell Collagen which has naturally occuring hyularonic acid by Olympian Labs or Jarrow Formulas. 2-4 caps a day. Celedrin can be bought from Doctor's Best, Now Foods or Natural Factors. I haven't come accross

^^^ Who knows, there's always 2 sides to a story. I do believe their diet plays a major role. And they are some weird tasting potatoes they eat. Not traditional potatoes.
