I'm looking for a good natural testosterone booster. Has anyone had any luck with ZMA or tribulus or anything else? Even any good foods that would help? Any info would be much appreciated. I'm 25yo, 170lbs, 17" arms, bench 315lbs but i'm not as energetic or aggressive as i was.

Well in addition to BR like PU posted, which I have not tried yet but will very soon, Diesel Test,ATD by Giant nutrition, Rebound by DS, also make sure your fat intake is high enough. 6 grams of fish oil per day at at least 25% total cals intake should be from fat

i like this ones
i like this ones because they are mild and they work well
tribulus, ZMA,
i usually just take them at night time before bed, 3 zma and one tribulus..
they are also fairly cheap

ZMA and trib did nothing for me, My next test is BR as I have 2 bottles here just not sure if I should go more then the recommended dosage coming off an ATD. Maybe PU can chime in on this

Diesel Test is supposed to be one of the best but it made be very sick to my stomach every time I tried to use it. I have still not received any response from Get Diesel regarding this issue so I'm afraid that I cannot recommend it. I just ordered some Blue Rhino as I've also heard good things about the product...

I'm taking animal stack 2, additional trib, and ZMA. It all seems to help. All my lifts have increased signifigantly over the past 8 weeks Ive been on it all.

I wouldn't say Stak2 was junk, I figure it isn't much different than many other test boosters. Many of us don't want to touch PHs or the real stuff, and we don't expect miracles from stuff like trib and longjack. But at least we don't need to worry about side effects, gyno, or PCT.

Tried 3 different approaches/months and Novadex is insane type strong.

all three months I had noticeable differences BUT...
my chest grew twice its normal size on Novadex...

like earlier posters said the blue up(formerly blue rhino) by controlled labs is great.
I have only taken it four days at 3 caps a day and well... my libido is very high.(non stmulant version)
I stack it with E-bol to keep ripped. From what you guys say about the blue up with yohimbine , it might work better for weight loss. So next time I'll get the blu up with stims.
