Meal 1: Eggs and hashbrowns (Bacon if you're a rich mother****er)
Meal 2: Bowl of ground beef with 2 slices of swiss cheese
*Work out*
Meal 3: Protein shake
Meal 4: 100% beef hot dogs skinned and fried in butter, cheese on the side
Meal 5: Real peanut butter and two apples
Meal 6: Chicken soup with bak choy
Meal 7: Bowl of ice cream
With a litre of milk a day.

breakfast (7am) - 12 eggs, 6 whole, 4 cups of oats, large glass of water
snack (10am) - 3 cups of cheerios, 3 cups of milk
lunch (1:30pm) - 4-5 baked potatoes, 8oz chicken breast, 4 tbsp of PB
pre workout (2:30pm) - V8 drink, banana, apple, cup of rasberries, 2 cups of fat free milk, scoop of p bol, 6 scoops Xtend intra
post workout (4pm) - 2 scoops of HP whey, 2 cups of fat free milk
post workout (4:30pm) - 12oz steak, 2 cups of asparagus, 1tbsp of butter, 2 slices of toast, 2 cups of mashed potatoes
dinner/pre cardio (8pm) - cornedbeef sandwich, 1 tbsp of butter, 2 slices of wheat bread, V8 drink, banana, apple, cup of rasberries, 1 cup of fat free milk, 2 scoops Xtend intra
post cardio (10pm) - 2 cups of mixed fruits, 1 scoops of HP whey, 1 cup of fat free milk
pre bed (10:30) - 6tbsp of PB, 2 cups of whole milk cottage cheese mixed with HP casein CnC
