    my nutrition is fine im barely eating 2000 worth of cal, and my carb intake is low,and i do cardio almost everyday sometimes 2 a day, but maybe this new keton diet im trying will work

    How about eating late at night. My last meal is always by 6 pm. If I'm hungry after 6 is usually an apple or a banana. Do you eat less then 2 hours before bed time?

    Oh ya. I bought my 1-4AD before the ban at regular prices. I am not willing to pay arm and a leg for them know when I have better options.

    Now I have gone to the dark side before in my late 20's and I liked it. I have a cycle already prepared ready to go for February of next year. Once I hit my goal its all maintanance after that. LOL at 40 will be kind of hard to go to work looking 20 pounds bigger every six months.

    The other problem is my clothes. I wear a suit and tie everyday. They are getting kind of tight. Thank god I never had a waist issue.

    yes i hit the heights and do cardio i which off between heavy in light rotating between sets, i set might be 6-8 rep range and my next set would be 15-25 rep range

    I like the pro-complex. Haven't used it in a few years, but had the best gains in my life when I used it along with the old ripped fuel powder w/ ephedra. I think I'll follow suit & get some more.

    sounds like you really know your stuff, good luck. i just finished with my 1-4ad that i bought before the ban, and i wish i did a little more research than i did. i took the same dosages as you did but for only a 4 week cycle. i just didn't adjust my diet accordingly, and stopped it too short( i only had 2 bottles of 1ad). i still managed to gain 6lbs by end. if only i had gone 2 more weeks. didn't start to feel any differences till that last week. oh well, now that i have done the proper research it's on to superdrol in a couple of months.

    PCT, diet is the key to keeping the gains. I usually do a ton of research before taking anything. Read up on Superdrol. Although I haven't tried it, I've read some good things about it.

    I've never tried M4AD and wouldn't want to give you advise on something I haven't done. Here's some links with people using it during their cycles. Read up on it and see what you think. I'm actualy looking at your log and interested to see the results.
