    Okay guys i need some serious back help in here...

    I have trouble hitting my erectors during bb rows because:
    1)i can't go heavy while parallel.
    2)i go 45 deg and this hits my lats more .I've made good progress on this but my erectors are seriously lacking.
    3)high lat insertions.

    Can you hit your erectors when rowing 45deg ?

    not as much as by using lifts like deadlift variations which actually target the erectors

    using rows for erector development is not really ideal

    Try rack deadlifts if you're not feeling normal deadlifts for whatever reason.

    im going to sleep but this question doesnt make any sense

    bb rows dont target the erectors. they may do some work bc of the stablization, but no one does bb rows for erectors

    i have no idea what your question is

    do hyperextesions to hit erectors.

    I like to tie a resistance band to the bottom of the chair and pull up on the band so I hit lower back hard while doing hypers
