HAHAHA - turkies. That was hilarious.
The forums are rather humorous today.
Oh, and I am not going to "cheat." I am going to eat what I enjoy with good friends and family. Last I checked my diet did not include deprivation or punishment for eating something besides egg whites.- Damnit. I got fat again. Brb: picking up the pieces and burning my excuses. -

My moms making a sweet potato casserole, layered with pecans at the bottom, marshmallows on the top and sugar & cinnamon in between. I tried to convince her to top it with peanut butter and she said that sounded gross. Apparently marshmallows is the norm though.
I woke up thinking it was Thursday this morning. What a let down.MTS Nutrition Houston rep.

wow some of you guys have eating disorders
i used to be like you guys when i first started but as i learned more i found out it really makes no difference if you take a week off of dieting and lifting.. not that i do it very often, but still..
maybe if you are cutting then it's fine, but if you're not trying to lose weight there's no reason to be that strict unless you compete.. "cheat meal every 10lbs.." that's horrible!

Live for the crazy stuff. Bodybuilding is great, but what are you going to remember, another gym workout, or hearing a band you love live? Don?t let bodybuilding interfere with your life.

Dude, isn't Thanksgiving the model used for the Warrior Diet? One gigantic meal that is full of fats, in sweet unison with carb loading, then an intermittent fasting until Christmas. It is totally anabolic! It is totally revolutionary! I cannot wait for improve glucose regulation this holiday season.

It will be tough layin off dessert, mac and cheese, and stuffing, but with the way my body is responding to keto, no way I'm gonna fall off..................even for a day.
