I dont use anything....but some of my training partners use baby powder. I have seen a few people use the slip ons and I say if you really have problems getting the shirt on then go a head and buy them.

Trash bags with work, but the bags are hard to get out if your shirt is real tight. maybe someone know what to do. I have worn underarmor shirt under my bench shirt it will slide right on but will move around some.

I use an old pair of nylon warmup pants that I cut the legs off of. They work better than the slip-ons that I bought.

I wouldn't recommend powder- powder and sweat make a paste and the shirt can slide around on you, you don't want that happening.

Likewise for wearing Under Armor under the shirt. First, it's probably illegal in just about every fed to wear a shirt under your bench shirt, and you definitely don't want it sliding around.

Darraq, where did you lift that let you wear under armor underneath your bench shirt?

I just did that at home. Not at any comps. Only done it a couple times as i feel like the shirt moves around to much. I guess it was probably a bad idea to even post it lol.

just take an Under Armour shirt, and cut the full sleaves off. I have a pair of the suit slippers for my squat suit and it's the exact same material (smells the same too, that weird UA smell...) Kara B. uses those and can squeeze into her shirt.

as for the trash bags, just cut a hole in the bottom and hold onto the handles when getting the shirt on. when it's on, pull the handles and it will come out.

    hope that helps.

I went to a 2nd hand store, and got a large satin shirt, and cut the sleeves off - works VERY nicely.

If you buy some, I would get the Inzer slippers (more slippery than the Titan).

Shirt slippers are the best investment you will make gear wise, if you are using a poly type shirt (Inzer sells them cheap). You do NOT want to use baby powder as the shirt will move after it is on.
