iv a q, sometimes when i go to the gym i really dont have energy and i get tired after the first exercize... it happens (sometimes) even if i take 5gm of creatine 30 min before my workout...so what should i take when i feel like that (today happened...)?jin

You make a ****ty ****ing thread at least twice a week. Im ****ing sick of it. Do some research you peice of ****. Thread posters like you make bb.com suck. First you asked about superdrol, then m1p, then supervol, then 6oxo, then x-factor, then cigarettes, and now this? Do some ****ing research you tool and dont make another thread for a month.

you probably useing a protein that has no carbs or somthing like that.. so either change your protein or try takeing an energy bar before working out

u re right im eating too many proteins and few carbs, do u know gymline "mass plus" ? it is 20%carb and 80%proteins, is it good as a break one hour before my workout?Originally Posted by judai

I lived in Italy for 2 years - Italian body (wannabe) bodybuilders just hang out in the gym, talk and stare in the mirror. Probably get about 15 mins of working out in an hour...
I can just picture this guy with his greasy hair doing the same thing. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
