    Cool Penis Exercise, Weight, Thickness, Lenght.

    The penis is not a muscle or a bone but it can be bigger if you stretch it like everyday and train your pc mucsle like 20 fast reps a day,

    The penis will be longer thicker and heavier, only by exercise not by pills.
    I think there should be a penis exercise section here for the Enlargment Enthusiasts.

    Anyone else train the penis?

    I like to use volume training, doing many many sets at very high intensity.

    I don't use straps and my forearms have benefitted immensely, and my grip could make an oyster wince.

    That crap about "you can only train your penis 1x per week" is nonsense. I train mine every day for multiple sessions (based on Bulge-arian research).

    My nick-name is "Hoagie Pants".

    I try to do the right number of reps for hypertrophy, but all I get is a good temporary pump. However, enough of those in a day does make me sore the following day.

    I think what you are referring to is called "jelqing". It's dangerous. You can cause permenant scarring in the penis tissue, and experience impotence problems when you are older.

    I have been off and on doing PE exercises and they really do work. A couple of months ago I bought the PE enlargement dvd (first and only so far) and it has helped out tremendously. http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/ is where I bought the dvd, although its a bit pricey.
