I have discovered 3 new way to take creatine monohydrate!!
Ever get sick from drinking creatine? Want to find a more convenient way to take creatine? Well here is the answer!!!
Finally, 3 methods of taking creatine without having stomach acids damage the creatine and ruin your results!

1. Snorting Creatine - Take 1 tablespoon of creatine (5g-7g creatine) and place on a clean surface. Use one bill to form a line of creatine and then roll the money up. Now, place the rolled bill in one nostral and snort/inhale as much creatine as possible. Follow this process untill all creatine has been inhaled! This works best because the creatine is absorbed through the mucus membrane located at the back of the throat and throughtout the nose which sends the creatine straight to the blood stream!
2. Smoking Creatine - Take a 6 inch by 6 inch sheet of aluminum foil and form a small pipe (crack pipes and/or bongs work well). Now take 1 tablespoon of creatine (5g-7g creatine) and place it in the end of the pipe. Heat the creatine until it begins to smoke, once a steady stream of smoke has formed inhale until all creatine has been burned. Creatine is directly transported into the blood stream and lungs, which allows your body to readily use the creatine.
3 Injecting Creatine - Buy a pack of 6 syringes and then mix 5g-7g of creatine in about 1.5 to 2 ounces of water. Mix until a thick serum is formed and then transfer it into the syringe. Inject this liquid into your wrist, thigh or inner elbow for best results. This is the most effective and quickest way to take your daily creatine because it is directly injected into the bloodstream which carries the creatine into every muscle and around the body!
