    You need to take in about 1g/lb of bodyweight, that means 135g or slightly over but not much.

    Yes its even more important now because you will be utilizing more as a fuel source than a building block. Make sure your protein intake is from multiple sources too... I usually keep it around the same if your talking about grams but it takes up a much bigger percentage of you caloric intake since your on a cutting diet.

    1.5/pound of bodyweight. Keep it around that, since you're bulking. (right?) Just don't get it all from whey. It digests too fast. Use eggs, milk, meat and stuff like that.

    goin out on a limb here, i have learned that for my body, in the beginning i got good growth from 1 gram per pound, but now i find my best growth is from minimum 1.5 grams a day and for cutting up, i like a minimum of 2 grams. thats just what works for me though. I like my protein :-)

    Just curious how tall you are? Cutting from 135 lbs. seems low to start... but yeah the consensus seems to be 1-2 grams per lb. of bodyweight.

    i'd go from 1.3-1.5g per pound of body wieght also take amino acids and so forth i suggest higher becuz while your cutting you need higher protien to save muscles than when bulking 1.3 is fine
