How much is too MUCH protein...I weigh 135 and i'm on a cutting cycle.

Yes its even more important now because you will be utilizing more as a fuel source than a building block. Make sure your protein intake is from multiple sources too... I usually keep it around the same if your talking about grams but it takes up a much bigger percentage of you caloric intake since your on a cutting diet.

goin out on a limb here, i have learned that for my body, in the beginning i got good growth from 1 gram per pound, but now i find my best growth is from minimum 1.5 grams a day and for cutting up, i like a minimum of 2 grams. thats just what works for me though. I like my protein :-)

i'd go from 1.3-1.5g per pound of body wieght also take amino acids and so forth i suggest higher becuz while your cutting you need higher protien to save muscles than when bulking 1.3 is fine
