    Blending Food

    whats up guys im back from holiday now ..havent been here for a while...

    anyways i have started blending most my food now days i was wondering if its bad or its basically the same thing ....i started having tuna shakes as my lunch and dinner ..i just wanted 2 know if its gonna absorb the same way as chewing it ....im broke now days so im living off eggs and tuna mostly ....

    i just wanted 2 know if i get the same amount of protein blending it ....

    but like its crazy how tuna turns into basically water ....well if i put 2 much tuna it goes like beach sand .....

    the particles are still much bigger than liquid particles, the tuna etc will still be the same as eatin it

    The only problem i could see from this is your body won't have to burn as many calories drinking it as it would physically eating eat. The amount of difference i don't know, but it adds up over time. I would say if you like eating it like that, eat it like that.

    The digestive process starts when you chew your food, so hypothetically you will not produce the all the enzymes you would normally produce. Trust me, i have been on a clean food diet for over a year and just bumped my calories after winning a show. I have never wanted to take some days off from eating until now. As a 250lb lean guy i need to eat enough, so yeah,,, the past couple days i have blended a couple of meals but i have had bad gas ect. i dont think its as effective as good old eating.
