He's talking about expanding the rib-cage with pull-overs, which is BS in my opinion.

I've decided I'm going to give these a try for a month, just for the hell of it. The problem is I feel the stretch in my abs more than anything else.

Hey, you've got nothing to lose, and if nothing else, they are still going to help your lats, chest and serratus muscles alot, among other things. I think you're feeling it in your abs cause it's stretching your ribs, but that's just my opinionOriginally Posted by W8isGR8
