    At Home

    What are somethings I can do at home without equipment (treadmills, weights etc...) to help loose fat. I am into eating right...but I need exercises and stuff.

    jump rope 20 min a day also you can do push ups and use 2 chairs to do dips for your tri's.
    situps /crunches/ use an old bycycle inter tube for resistance training if you dont want to buy regular elastic band.

    Try cardio (jumping jacks, high knees), strength exercises (push-ups, squats), HIIT, yoga, or dance. Consistency is key. Combine with a balanced diet for effective results.
