Just interested in others progress so I can gauge my own. Also I want to see who has done the longest (or most weight added) bulk and other interesting factors. You can include anything special that you made note of*.

First bulk
Jan 2007 145lbs to Aug 2007 186lbs. *Arms from 11.9 to 13.2 inches
Getting to 160 now to have a good time...after that I will be bulking again but now sure what weight I want to get up to, possibly a big 230.

a year and a half of not knowing anything : 150-170
Knee surgery in june: down to 159
Bulk since july 1st: up to 185 (finally figured out importance of diet)
*ill cut when the semester ends and i have time to do cardio/perfect diet
itll be my first official cut so we'll see how things go.
Then back to clean bulking at the end of january when the next semester begins
cut for summer
