    Question Is this true????

i have a small handful of fat right at my belly button. Above and below that i can see muscles clearly. I don't know my bf so i can't say.

Anyhow, i was told if i continue to only uptake 1500 calories a day. workout 5 days a week for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. i won't lose bodyfat because calorie intake is too low and my body will store whatever i put in it as fat.

    is this true?

The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice THAT we fail to notice there is little we can do to change until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds.

i have exactly the same problem, i think im pretty leaned and cut up in my upper body. But I still have a handfull of fat under my belly which makes make my abs totally defined. Upper abs are no problem, I see them clearly, lowe abs are my problem, i thik they are the hardest fat to loose. Aside from loose skin
