Ok! I take 20 grams of Glutamine per day! I thought this was quite a large dose until I read Jeff Willet's Q&A
This guy consumes 85grams per day! Is that a good idea????

Depends on the rest of the diet, but probably not. The glutamine will convert to glucose...an expensive habit.
