Say a I wanna do some mass rice, like all my servings for the week? will cooked rice on sunday night last till next sunday?

What about chicken, free range, how long does the meat last? if I don't freeze it in?

Both of those are good for about 4 days in my experience. Their still edible after that-but VERY dry. This is assuming you're refridgerating them.

I usually eat cooked chicken up to 5 or 6 days after it's cooked, it should be fine (even though when I cook the chicken it doesn't last that long anyways). Also the rice dryness thing, just throw it in the microwave, the dryness should go away.

I've been fine with chicken, but i'm having big problems keeping my rice any good after i cook it. I know once i'm done cooking it there is absolutely no water left in the pan. Once i refridgerate the rice, i somehow end up with moisture in it, and once cooked, it smells and tastes like throw-up. I don't know where the moisture is coming from, the rice has plenty of time to cool before i put it in the fridge. So i don't know.

Best way to reheat rice is to put a few table spoons of water in with it. It steams up in the microwave and rehydrates the rice. Works perfect.
