Well I'm not a bodybuilder..
But I guess one of my probs with trying to put on muscle/lower BF% are
1. always having to watch my carbs
2. rest days.. I get sooooo bored in the afternoon when I don't work out
3. i have to save up to buy supps lolI'm a girl :)
Hoping to lower BF to 12%
If I helped you out in any way, reps would be nice. :D

Getting enough calories is pretty hard, and enough sleep.
Not necessarily the hardest, but the most annoying thing about it is when you're in the gym, there's always some kid half your size, looking at you and the weight your lifting for about 10 reps, then coming over, lifting it once, with the worst form ever and then giving you the: i'm almost as strong as you look. maybe its just me who has that problem, but its ****ing annoying!
And also people who give excuses for you lifting more weight than them... oh, its my off day, i've got a sore arm/hand, my nose hair hurts lol, you know what I mean"That what don't kill you only makes you stronger, and the will to suceed only feeds the hunger"

- Explaining to the family
- Explaining to dumbasses
- Not eating what all your friends are eating (yeah I cheat 1-2 times but they always eat ****)
- Same problem w/ the one guy in the gym the kid that lifts as much/more than me because his form is so incredibly horrible and thinks hes the ****

I tell them to buy one cookie from a cookie shop and eat it there and come home without cookies but no, they have to buy the whole store and let the cookies lye in the closet...motha****as!

The hardest thing for me is shopping for clothes. I have a 48 inch chest, and a 36 inch waist, with 30 inch legs, so basically....nothing fits. I have to buy pants that are 6 inches too big just so that my leg will fit in them. Sport coats/blazers are the worst because anything big enough in the shoulders and chest is retartedly wide in the waist. Basically I have to have everything I buy tailored so that it actually fits. When i go shopping for clothes, I dotn get to choose what I like, but rather have to choose whatever actually fits me. Thats been the hardest part about bodybuilding for me
6'2" and 240 pounds
335 pound bench
605 dead lift (not raw)
535 pound squat
Body fat: 14%
done playing college sports for good. too many injuries. time to cut down to about 235 at or around 10% bf
