being consistent. Sometimes I just want to hang out with friends instead of going to the gym or skip one meal because I'm too lazy to cook.

Getting enough calories is pretty hard, and enough sleep.
Not necessarily the hardest, but the most annoying thing about it is when you're in the gym, there's always some kid half your size, looking at you and the weight your lifting for about 10 reps, then coming over, lifting it once, with the worst form ever and then giving you the: i'm almost as strong as you look. maybe its just me who has that problem, but its ****ing annoying!
And also people who give excuses for you lifting more weight than them... oh, its my off day, i've got a sore arm/hand, my nose hair hurts lol, you know what I mean

Why not stop buying them, or put them in another place as the food you are 'allowed' to eat?

The very hardest thing for me is cutting...specifically not going over my caloric limits for the day.

A close second would be scraping together all the friggin' money for the supplements and "clean" food I need to buy.

Like my parents gives a **** what I like or not. They buy fatless meat and 1% ham and some fish and vegetables which is greate but... but the freezer is loaded with ice cream and closet full of cookies.

And I know they are there :/

I ask my parents why they buy them if they feel like eating, because those cookies are lying there a long time.
I tell them to buy one cookie from a cookie shop and eat it there and come home without cookies but no, they have to buy the whole store and let the cookies lye in the closet...motha****as!

The hardest thing for me is shopping for clothes. I have a 48 inch chest, and a 36 inch waist, with 30 inch legs, so basically....nothing fits. I have to buy pants that are 6 inches too big just so that my leg will fit in them. Sport coats/blazers are the worst because anything big enough in the shoulders and chest is retartedly wide in the waist. Basically I have to have everything I buy tailored so that it actually fits. When i go shopping for clothes, I dotn get to choose what I like, but rather have to choose whatever actually fits me. Thats been the hardest part about bodybuilding for me
    6'2" and 240 pounds
    335 pound bench
    605 dead lift (not raw)
    535 pound squat
    Body fat: 14%

done playing college sports for good. too many injuries. time to cut down to about 235 at or around 10% bf

The hardest part is waiting to see results imo. Also, when in the mindframe of wanting to train, train and train some more, it's difficult to tell yourself you need to have at least one rest day a week lol.
