I'm currently 5'7" 170 lbs. and 18 years of age. I'd guesstimate my bodyfat at about 14%, but it may be more or so with a bit of extra skin which I'm trying to fill out.
I used to be 5'6" 210 lbs. and 17 years of age. I'd guesstimate my bodyfat at about 28% of so.
Here's some before and after pics and all that good stuff, just wondering what others think and looking for encouragement actually lol
1st:
This is my former most muscular taken about a year ago:

I want to make it perfectly clear that my recent pictures make me look better than I do because I have weird lighting and they are post workout, just for your info.
In advance thanks for all feedback.

Basically the 1st two months I was doing all bodyweight movements because at that point I'd had no no weights and no gym membership.
My cardio throughout the whole time consisted of 3 two minute rounds of shadow boxing every night varying in intensity.
Once I got a gym membership(which lasted until june) I was doing Chest Monday, Back and Bi's tuesdays, Legs wednesdays, and Tris/Shoulder on thursday, and friday I'd rework whatever felt like it wasn't good enough
After June I was doing bodyweight movements and olympic movements and I wasn't really working specific bodyparts more focusing on Snatch one day and Powerclean the next.
My diet was the same as before I just cut out all high sugar things such as soda, I've been working on cutting down on my carbs and stuff and running in the mornings but its hard sticking to that type of routine when you work 3rd shift.
