    Whats the best(healthiest) meal from BurgerKing?

    Ok im about to eat dinner from Bk with my friends. Yes I have to. Im currently bulking. This is my dinner meal, meal 5. I usually eat a chicken ceaser salad. Its grilled chicken with lettuce and tomatoes anmd I usually eat a half of a chicken whopper with it.

    I thought you weighed like 130 pounds. You're either not bulking, JUST started bulking, or need to go against your advice here and eat some dirty bulking foods. I dont know why everyone goes beserk about just eating clean foods. I've been mostly dirty bulking but do eat healthy when I have the option between clean and dirty. My friend, who I havent seen in a about a month(when I started my bulk), said yesterday that it looks like I've gained five pounds...just on my chest. Its not mostly fat either, my six pack is still visible.

    Bulking = consuming more calories than you burn. This doesn't mean "eat high calorie food". In fact, I'm on a 3500 calorie diet and never eat fast food, except once a week for my cheat day. Now I'm not saying don't eat fast food, it's your life and you deserve to eat what you want. But there is no healthy meal at a fast food restuarant. Even the salads and salad dressing is generally unhealthy, believe it or not. In fact, when bulking you want to generally avoid unhealthy fats like the plague, instead take advantages of the extra calories by getting tons of carbs and protein. I'm 224 pounds and try to stay under 65-70g of fat a day.

    No one is making you eat fast food. You can drink a MRP (WAY cheaper anyways) or go to subway, the lesser of all evils.

    But if you want to eat the healthiest fast food, the only way to find out is check the nurtitional values. You can check on-line, or at the store. McD's has the nutritional value of all their food on the back of the things that are on top of the trays they put your food on. Anything with mayo or that is deep fried though is terrible for you.

    It's not always what it'd seem as far as healthiest. I used to eat McChicken's on my cheat days, well turns out a double cheeseburger has about 10g less fat each and 10g more protein.

    Anyone who says "OMG!11!ONEONEONEONE DON'T EAT FAST FOOD ITS SO UNHEALTHY FOR YOU EVERYTHING THERE IS HORRIBLE OMGASH ONEOENOENENO" is obviously retarded. Go onto Wendys site for instance and punch in a grilled chicken breast w/o anything on it. Guess what the nutritional value looks exactly the same as?! BINGO you got it a normal chicken breast.

    There are healthy options at fast food people, just open your eyes. If I go out for fastfood with family or friends, I always order 2 plain chicken breasts (grilled) and a side salad w/o dressing. This is extremely healthy and quite tasty.

    Eggy, I disagree. If you are an ecto and are bulking, some dirty foods have their place. Burger King is ok, go for something with chicken, but ffs don't eat burger king every NIGHT!

    I'm new to the boards, but trained for years and found that one meal won't kill me either. If I don't indulge once in a while, I might overdo it at some point, and also, its a nice pat on the back for all the work I've done in the gym. Think about it, how many other people in BK are doing what you are? Few! The best choices I feel are grilled chicken (they used to have these little grilled chicken baquet (sp) sandwiches that were ok). I will confess that once in a WHILE I like chicken tenders, onion rings, and a vanilla shake!! AHH! That's like the worst, but good for my soul when balanced with moderation, proper diet, training, and mindset. Just my 2 cents. Enjoy...

    Actually what he said means that tonight at the time that he wrote this masterpiece, he was about to eat meal 5 of the current day. He never said 'hey dudes I eat my 5th meal at burger king every day and I have to because that is the time of the day when I am with my friends.' He was just in a pickle at the current moment of the current day, a situation that he likely may have never found himself in before, seeing as how he didn't know what to do in that situation. If he was eating burger king every single day for meal 5, he probably would have phrased it more like 'hey dudes I have to eat burger king every single day at meal 5, what should I do?'
