So I've been on my 2300 calorie diet for a week and a half now and have lost around 5lbs. Also been lifting almost every day and doing 30min of cardio 4 days and 1 hour 1 day. Anyways I've just noticed I've been getting really pissed off recently. Like just anything will piss me off and sometimes I'm just pissed for no reason at all. Is this common?

...another one?
I only get angry at threads asking if dieting makes one angry!

Yeah dont know what to tell you.
some days I hover around 20-30 carbs and I am doing double cardio 5 days a week.
This has caused me to get short tempered, but at what you are doing I just cant see it. You make no mention of how many carbs here. Low Carbs may do it, but sounds like that is likely not what is going on.I dont care how much weight you got there. full body curls dont count.
